Confirmation of Registration
You will receive the confirmation of registration via Email after the online registration is completed. If you fail to receive the registration confirmation from the system, please do not hesitate to contact the Conference Secretariat Office
.
Confirmation of Payment
The Secretariat Office will check your payment status with the bank every month. Once we receive your payment, the Confirmation of Payment will be sent to you via Email.
On-site Registration
There will be only NTD Cash and Visa, Master and JCB Credit Card accepted at the conference.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Notification of cancellation and request for refunds must be sent in writing to the 24th ICOMC 2010 Conference Secretariat Office (icomc2010.reg@elitepco.com.tw). For cancellations postmarked on or before 24:00 (GMT+8), June 15, 2010, 75% of the registration fee will be refunded. For cancellations on or after 00:00 (GMT+8), June 16, 2010, no fees will be refunded.
All refunds will be processed after the conference has concluded.
